I haven't done a ton of overall but:

It coata me $7 to charge my battery from 0% to 100% at home. That's 330 mean for $7

Compared to my 30 gallon Suburban at $4.30 a gallon (17 mpg) that's a big difference.

I haven't had to buy tires yet but they will be $500 more than the suburban tires but I am not sure mileage on the Tesla tires I haven't had it long enough.

Suburban Brakes were around $400, oil changes $100. Plus the 20/60/90k fluid services. I won't have to do most of those - and brakes are less often replaced since I rarely use them.

So I think the big trade is more expensive gas for ICE car vs more expensive/frequent tires.

$200/year on oil changes is probably noise, but is also a factor.
