Waiting 5 days for @booking.com to sort out a booking which they allowed me to book, months ago, to later find out, the property room cannot accommodate us. Customer service not helpful at all, pass it back to being my problem
@easyJet you are telling people to check status of there
flights. When doing so, it gives info on flight and time etc. not exactly an update if the flight is going ahead is it ! Also, your chat does not work, WhatsApp telling me to call the airport. My flight is tomorrow
