@JohnGoldman Hi John, If you’re running first thing in the morning are you fueling the day before or the day of? So if doing a long run on Monday morning are you eating 400g of carbs on the Sunday or Monday? Thanks
@Brady_H@CptBuffaloney Hi Brad, can you expand on this pls. How many strides in the session? How long is the duration? How long in the break between them? Thanks
@ekaratha@JohnGoldman Hi Elliot, congrats on your results. How have you been following along specifically? Is John’s week to week specific program outlined somewhere?
@JakeBrind1 Slow down and your HR will reduce. If you need to walk to drop it do so. Its hard at the start as you feel like you’re going super slow but as you build fitness you’ll find your pace quickens
@Alan_Couzens Thank you Alan. I recently did a v02 lab test with lactate testing. Is there lactate number base work should be under? Like 2.0 mmol/L? Or 1.5mmol/L? Or would it be sub LT1? Thanks
@Alan_Couzens Hi Allan, thanks for this. Does low intensity always need to be under 1.0mmol/L. Do you consider under 2.00mmol/L low intensity? Or 1.5? Thanks
@JohnGoldman Thanks mate. Is that all on road or also on treadmill? If not on treadmill any reason why? I found tread allows you to run more consistently when sticking to a particular HR.
