I think it’s a high time I desist from using Uber in Kenya. You order Uber, and because the app doesn’t allow you to confirm the ride before paying, the driver comes and cancels on you claiming they wouldn’t get that money from Uber. Not working @Uber @uber_kenya

@LarryMadowo @flyethiopian They took me round and round till I gave up. ‘Twas only Kshs. 10k. Last conversation was them telling me that money has been transferred and I should check with my bank. My bank said no money has come in. I tell them so, they go mute. I haven’t flown with them again since.
