@TheCrypticLight You will notice the difference immediately, I had scenes where VRAM spiked up to 10gigs, it's not like <12gb is unacceptable but ≥12 gives blender a lot of room to improve performance, that's what an upgrade should be like after all lol,

@TheCrypticLight Damn idk what gpu u got but I got recently a rtx 2060 with 12gb and its a banger, it really helps out in blender. Whatever you do, DO NOT PICK A 8GB VRAM GPU
