@channelstv Average cost of 1mw is probably about $1m to $1.5m , this guy wants to raise and build infrastructure of over $60T in 3yrs, laughable from a presidential candidate, even if he conjures it, on which distribution network will the power run? Nigerians run ooo
@walesmit It's a very complex explanation to most non learned people, sometimes I want to blame the govt for not educating people on the nexus btw devaluation and subsidy cancellation, but it's even confusing to me . One presidential candidate even said it's accounting magic π
@nwoko_greg62705 Northern Nigeria never supported this type of businesses, they only progressed on the back of military might and patronage, religion did not just start in the north over the last 3 decades, it has always been there but heavily suppressed
@gbengasaka@officialABAT A great feat nonetheless however let's temper achievements with modesty, what is the % of insurance embedded in ticket costs that this will impacts? after that , we will have to see a significant absolute count of dry leased crafts before such adjustments will happen, so chill
@Murtalaibin Interesting point.however the use of a passport is a travel document, anyone that can purchase an international ticket should be able to afford a passport which is essentially 20k/yr if you amortize it. Of the ~150m how many travel abroad? Only rich ones!
@TonamiPlayman Don't think you have seen this line physically, which other point on the island would they have built another station without extending the line?
@Chxta My relocation outside Nigeria in the last couple of years has only shown me that Electricity is the most important thing that drives productivity, I sit everyday and just keep asking why has every govt not given it this importance ππ‘
