Last episode of the second season with Carter missing his own graduation to keep his little liver transplant patient company.
She is so animated cause i choose to believe this is after the transplant 😌 (Also added med school Jack because i could) #JohnCarter#ER#JackkAbbot
idk probably the one where he gives a pep talk to the med student who just lost a patient and shows how much he’s grown not only as a doctor but as a shoulder for others to lean on for support
two things can be true at once: the cast of the pitt who were nominated for emmys are talented and deserved their nominations. but also, the white members of the cast are nominated for awards much more frequently than the women of color & that should be criticized
G and P being nominated but not isa even though her arc was paralleled to both of theirs. santos having one of the most central arcs this season other than robby, isa acting her fucking ass off and yet it’s crickets. okay
I won’t soften my opinion for this. Every single white actor in the main cast. Every single one. But not the underdog who’s been working her ass off for two seasons, one with appendicitis, youngest cast member, expertly handling the most polarizing character in the ensemble. Nah
Last thing about the emmys is while I understand the competiton for supporting actor was empty, it feels wrong to have Gerran's arc this season being a support for Isa, and for her to act her ass off and still get nothing while Gerran does. So happy for him but Isa was snubbed!!
i do find it sad that of all the incredibly talented woc in the pitt, only sepideh got a nomination. hm. idkkk shabana supriya and isa all gave standout performances this season it's just a bummer.
isa briones being the one who carried huge chunks of gerran’s and pball’s characters (whitaker and langdon) throughout the season only for them both to get a nom and no nomination for isa. genuinely fucking insane
anyway thank u isa briones for giving us trinity santos and representing so many of us through your portrayal of her and her mental health issues #santosforever
Everyone arguing about who deserved to be nominated and who was snubbed, but we can all agree that Sepideh’s nomination isn’t even a question. Like we all have eyes, we all witnessed her stellar performance 🙂↕️ manifesting a win for her
