@P_Townnn @genymets Those aren’t usable stats for hitting evaluation. Donaldson had a 125 wRC+ and Escobar had a 107. Escobar is due for regression and Donaldson is due for improvement next year. It’s really not close at all and Donaldson is superior defensively.

@genymets Donaldson is better than a good chunk of those guys. How is Donaldson not elite anymore you seem to have no reasoning? Just because he’s not his Toronto days doesn’t mean he’s not absolutely amazing still. Also have YOU seen McCann catch he can’t frame a fucking pitch or block.

@genymets McCann is one of the worst defensive catchers in baseball. Also Donaldson literally is elite he had one of the highest barrel percentages and he’s gonna have a 130 wRC+ next year like he has every year he’s literally elite.
