@ScottAttrill hi Scott, just being nosey lol but was your setup like circa 97-2002. What samples/synths were used for pianos etc. Did you have an Akai for drums? After 2000, did you begin to use more hardware synths like access virus? Any pics of TWO studio from then? Cheers bro

@CKayUK @GROOVERIDERDJ Yeah I agree on the short edits, 2 min no intro out to tracks. That’s a bit annoying to me too. Even extended versions I’ve seen at 3.30 long hahahah. I suppose it’s because djs like to mix so quickly? Crowds/festivals like the quick cut top’s and chips? Easier for streaming?

@CKayUK @GROOVERIDERDJ I also sometimes wonder if it’s been the dramatic increase over the last 10 years of producing wholly itb? Has the DAW only production killed the vibe? Perfect sound, perfect timing, perfect this that, templates for everything and everyone using the same samples and plugins?

@RealStevenSlate Hi Steven, looking to purchase vsx here in the UK. I had read some reports of issues with the headband snapping. Are all versions currently for sale in UK pro audio retail stores the latest versions that fixed this. Thanks a lot

@CKayUK @GROOVERIDERDJ I think it’s ok that we all look back and say “that’s how you make X music”. The next gen will do this with the current sounds of the day. I try to see the good in the change. Found a few recently on some @darrenstylesuk live sets. Some more like 160bpm at times, but still class.
