@CambridgeAudio I bought some Melomania headphones off you last year but despite them working for a few months, the left headphone has now stopped charging which is really frustrating as I really love them. Tried to communicate through Amazon and look to replace. Can you help?
@TaxicodeS so they then cancelled the booking without my consent and now I have no cab and I have no refund. It’s ridiculous. Any ideas what I can do to get a refund?
@TaxicodeS hi there - these guys cancelled my cab yesterday as they said I put the wrong address in (I have them the small village address and then full post code on the 24th) they said they needed to increase the cost and I said there is no point as a local firm can do it
@WillowandHall we’re surprised your still in business with the amount of delays, mistakes and terrible communication you have. 1) told sofa is delayed 2) change delivery date 3)sofa doesn’t arrive on date promised so we call to find out 4)it’s been sent back to ware house
we have waited for 6 weeks, now we have to wait for another 4-6 weeks and despite the constant emails to you have not had anything to confirm it’s been delayed further until we called. Will not be recommending you
@RevolutApp dissapointed with customer service so far. There was an error in the app that ordered 2 cards after I had lost one. I have been charged £10 for this second card I didn’t want and despite explaning this have had no refund. Chat is no disabled...
@RevolutApp dissapointed with customer service thus far. I’ve been charged £10 for a card I didn’t order after having one lost. I have explained the app ordered it automatically in an error and due to delay in anyone picking this up have been charged. Now chat has been blocked!
