Totally blown away to discover that network scientist & one of the most influential thinkers of our time, Albert-László Barabási, is not only studying collecting and ownership patterns in cryptoart but is also creating NFTs w/ the Barabási Lab.

Disappointing take on NFTs and weird assumption that DAOs bring crypto wealth.
I would be interested to know more about how DAOs are being brought into the nonprofit sphere but I'm surprised at the lack of recognition for an entirely new market for digital art.
Dear museum people: you are focused on the wrong acronym. NFTs are gift-shop tschotskes, if you want to capture the imagination (and bag) of crypto wealth in a way that aligns with your institution’s mission, vision and values, please focus on DAOs!

Thanks for the reminder @julialeventon
