General training guideline I keep to:
Reserve really heavy weight for the big lifts, and focus more on reps and quality contractions for the accessory work.
That’s a simple way to get a healthy, strong, muscular body that will ACTUALLY SERVICE YOU through the course of time.
@heinz_ca I'd definitely do this with my fiancee and his family when I can see them again when social distancing restrictions become a bit more lenient , they're the biggest puzzle lovers I know !
