This is one sided ptosis. Although it can be caused by more severe diseases it can also be due to long term sleeping habits. You can potentially reduce it by sleeping on your back instead of your side to reduce compression. There are some prescription eye drops that can help as well temporarily. Most people don’t need treatment but if it’s particular bothersome you can consider minor surgery or Botox.

@akna_08 Some causes of this include dead skin cells, keratin or bacteria clogging pores, friction/tight clothing, and excessive shaving/waxing/plucking which leaves a sharp edge that curves back inward
@tophz_ This looks like pseudofolliculitis, it’s caused by ingrown hairs after shaving or by bacteria. Best relief starts with stopping shaving to let the hair grow, and cleansing the area with antibacterial soap.
