Ordered 2 items from @amazonIN. The executive called & said will reach in 10 mins. We waited at home, he then did not answered the call after that. Now the order status says "Order Rejected & it is sent back to the seller"

They mentioned company will replace pods later but for that you need to pay 600 to buy a new case. I have a few queries. If my product is in warranty, there is an issue with pods getting discharged quickly. How water exposure to case will lead to pods getting discharged fast?
To my surprise, within a few seconds the support executive mentioned that your "case" has water damage & I need to buy new case worth 600rs then company will replace the pod. I told her that if the issue exists in pods then how can buying a new case will fix it?
Ordered 2 products from @amazonIN, the delivery executive called & now it says, the order cancelled. The executive said, he will reach in 10 mins, we stayed @ home. Tried calling him, he simply cut the call & now the status has changed to rejected.
@Adani_Elec_Mum No electricity in Tilak Nagar (near Lal Maidan) from 10.45 pm. Simply cannot manage to sit at one place in the heat. People are on the road roaming to find a solution.
@SupportNoise@gonoise in the replacement communication it was mentioned "Spint" is shipped. In the box the I received "Xfit2". The box was open & is quite old & I believe the watch is also used. Now you want me to raise a fresh complaint, your portal is not allowing that.

I only once again contacted the supprt & there is still no update on the replacement. I was surprised that today team informed warehouse team about the mismatch in the features #gonoise
As a customer who has previously used Noise products, this experience has significantly impacted my perception of the brand @gonoise & even the associating brand @hrxbrand which is one of my fav fitness brands. (12/12) @iHrithik
