@SamuelFByers As a millennial who does not own any RE, I think only businesses (incl ag) & luxuries (2nd+ home, acreage over a modest 1 ac) should be taxed annually. Property taxes on primary home based on unrealized gains is onerous for the non-capital class, ie wage earners.
