Lufthansa 787-9 Damaged After Gear Collapse in Frankfurt

Lufthansa Boeing 787-9, registration D-ABPQ, sustained substantial damage after experiencing a landing gear collapse while at the gate in Frankfurt. As a result of the incident, today’s LH450 flight has been canceled. Further details are still emerging, and information regarding any possible injuries has not yet been confirmed.

De forma genèrica pots estimar l'abast d'un senyal en línia de visio com 1.25 x sqrt(alçada en peus).

Lo del canvi de configuració de pistes a BCN de nit (23h) és insostenible i gens adequat. Ens autoritzen des de BISBA a la 24R però ens redueixen velocitat. Ja havia preparat la 02 al FPL secundari. Als 5 minuts reautoritzats a la BISBA 5N per la 02.

NEW: World's longest-range aircraft, the Airbus A350-1000ULR has taken to the skies for the first time, completing a three hour 43 minute flight at an altitude of 41,000 feet.

The A350-1000ULR is being developed for Qantas Airways to enable non-stop flights between Sydney and London for the first time ever - a distance of almost 10,000 nautical miles, with flight times of up to 22 hours. This is made possible primarily by the integration into the aircraft structure of an additional rear centre tank (RCT), enhancing further the aircraft performance and increasing the range of the aircraft by 1,000 nautical miles.
