Hi thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear you're experiencing trouble setting up direct deposit with @ADP. We want to help get this sorted for you.
A few things to check:
• Ensure you're using your Uphold USD account & routing numbers (found under Account Details in the app)
• Some payroll providers require a specific account type — confirm yours is set to "Checking"
• ADP may have a verification step that needs to be completed first

To initiate a withdrawal, you’ll need to use the Uphold browser extension and connect a USDC-compatible non-custodial wallet. Once connected, you can select the wallet address where you’d like your USDC sent. If you run into any issues during the process, feel free to DM us and we’ll be happy to assist.

That phone call from “Google Support” was fake. Google does not make unsolicited calls like that. The emails you received are spam designed to trick you into giving up access to your crypto wallets.
⛔ Please do the following RIGHT NOW:
• Do NOT respond to any of those emails
• Do NOT click any links in those emails
• Do NOT follow any instructions attached to or mentioned in those emails
• Do NOT give anyone your seed phrases, passwords, or any wallet information
Your Tangem, XDC, Xamann, Ledger, and Trezor wallets are safe as long as you haven’t shared any credentials or clicked anything suspicious.

Your account was flagged and temporarily restricted because it has not yet completed our mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This is a regulatory requirement we must enforce for all accounts to ensure the safety and compliance of our platform.
To access the funds on your restricted account, you will need to initiate a withdrawal of your RLUSD tokens directly to a non-custodial wallet that supports the token. Please ensure the wallet you use is compatible with RLUSD before initiating the transfer.
Once your funds have been successfully withdrawn, you are welcome to either open a brand new Uphold account or choose to complete the KYC re-verification process to restore full access to your existing account.
