Haven’t been active on here in a long time, here’s an updated snapshot of how Custom Built Strength is looking these days. Came a long way since the 300sq foot garage I started in. I’m extremely thankful for all the athletes and mentors that have helped along the way.
Usually the biggest, strongest, fastest kids on a team end up being the starters. So why do youth and highschool athletes not invest a significant amount of their time training towards being bigger, stronger, and faster? Low hanging fruit. 💪#sportshack#StrengthTraining
Utah female athlete’s. If you are not investing your time into strength and performance training you are massively missing out on one of the easiest ways to elevate yourself above the competition. There is a reason D1 schools have strength coaches for all male and female sports.
Marketing advice-“You don’t want your training to seem scary and intimidating.”
Me-“I just happen to want to create a bunch of animals that are ready to dominate their opponents on the field. So if what they do looks scary....GOOD.”
