AI Dot is a great innovation but it would be great if you employed some humans to help on the weekends. Also worth looking at your price match policy as you could be losing sales. #retail

Hello team @Channel9 & @Qualtrics your feedback survey requires you to enter a birth year to participate. It would be great to have this optional like the gender question. I was happy to give you feedback but I'm not sure you need all this info. Are you able to change it? 1/4

The [email protected] email comes up via Google search but I don't see on your website. Is it a valid email to give you customer feedback? Is it worth adding to your website to help customers?
