So @Travel_Up have kept hold of my money for over 6 months for a cancelled flight and won’t communicate with me. I wonder if they will even show up for court action? Customers be very aware. This company shows no customer service. I would be amazed if I get a reply to this.

@Travel_Up My flight was changed by the airline and I have tired to contact you all for over 5 days, after waiting to get to an agent for over 1hr the agent drops the call no call back is made, I sent an email on Thursday and up to now there is no response.

@Travel_Up My flight was changed by the airline and I have tired to contact you all for over 5 days, after waiting to get to an agent for over 1hr the agent drops the call no call back is made, I sent an email on Thursday and up to now there is no response.
