@WyndhamHotels I had to put you on blast to get you to act. I already called "Customer Support," got transferred to five different people, then told my issues had been documented without my even explaining what happened. How can they be addressed if you're not willing to hear what they were?

@CustomerSe38009 I called "Customer Service," was kissed off to five different people, told my issue was documented without even being asked for details. I've done all the contacting. You can "DM" me if you want to address this further. Many people reading this post are monitoring your response.

@WyndhamHotels @travelodge @bookingcom @travelocity @hotelsdotcom @Tripadvisor Dec '25 stay at #kanab Utah. Bedding+fluorescent light. You get the idea. "Free breakfast." Mgr called me a liar/none offered. Mgr said it was my own fault if door lock was broken & didn't tell him.

@WyndhamHotels @WyndhamRewards I’ve stayed at this hotel over 30 consecutive days. Under Michigan law, stays over 30 days are exempt from hotel taxes—yet I was still charged. When I raised it, staff told me I had to check out the next day. No refund, no correction. THERES MORE

forced to change rooms 3 times due to filthy conditions. We cleaned urine-stained fixtures ourselves while caring for a toddler. There’s black mold and roaches in the room. Now we’re being forced out with zero communication about the illegally charged taxes
