@priceline now they changed the charge to Holiday Inn Express on my credit card. So they committed Internet hijacking and theft. I cannot get to a live person to dispute the charges.
Iβm done with @priceline.Beyond the outdated βcall us to use your creditβ nonsense,their support team canβt give you a straight answer - one rep says one thing,the next completely contradicts it.Sometimes it feels like they just make things up. This is a trash company it seems.
I'm never using @priceline to book a flight ever again. How tf am I not able to get a refund for a flight that was going to Jamaica (my resort is closed due to the hurricane) and the Montego Bay airport isn't accepting inbound flights)
