@Apple I told the support person I do back up to iCloud. So he got a supervisor on the line who confirmed my files were there. But she said to get them back on my Mac, I had to click each file separately. Really??? 18 years of files. I found another way. Quality is declining!

@Apple I made the terrible mistake of upgrading to Tahoe. It messed up so much on my MacBook Pro. Apple support was terrible. None of my files were visible on my MacBook after the upgrade. The first support person told me I was out of luck because they weren't on iCloud. (1 of 2)

@priceline now they changed the charge to Holiday Inn Express on my credit card. So they committed Internet hijacking and theft. I cannot get to a live person to dispute the charges.

@priceline Do not use this company or their affiliate Guest Reservations. They are both scamming people. They hijacked me from a hotel website which I didn’t realize until charged. I disputed the charge and they changed it from Guest Reservations to Priceline on my credit card

@guest_res (3 of 3) reservation number. So I couldn’t talk to anyone. I just looked at the charge on my credit card account and they have changed to be from Holiday Inn Express. This is theft!! Don’t use guest reservations or Priceline!

@guest_res (2 of 3) I called guest reservations back the next day to dispute the charge and they changed the transaction to being from Priceline on my credit card. I couldn’t get to customer service on Priceline because the chat would send me a text code and the phone line didn’t recognize

@guest_res I tried using PriceLine chat and your system doesn’t recognize my confirmation number. It also won’t send me a code to continue the chat. Furthermore, I can’t call the customer support phone line because your system doesn’t recognize my confirmation number. What a scam!
