@AmericanAir Message sent. Thanks for responding. My experience with @QantasUSA has been shocking. I hope the flight is better!

[straightcut.eth @Cut2Straight]

Hi @AmericanAir your partner @QantasUSA is refusing to add my AA mileage number to my QF flight. Clearly this is a simple request… any advice? I have departed yet, just want to earn AA not QF miles

@united why is UA2230 not pushing? Crew isn’t giving any information. Doors have been closed for 40 min or more.

[straightcut.eth @Cut2Straight]

@united is 863 actually leaving??? Ever????

[straightcut.eth @Cut2Straight]

@united UA863 almost an hour late because you’re waiting on non-revs? Thanks for the bonus hour on top of the 14.5hr flight

@Optum_Support You have lost my account. None of your customer service team can find it. You've basically lost my money.

[straightcut.eth @Cut2Straight]

@Optum_Support Apparently you have my birthdate incorrect. This error was supposedly fixed last year.. So either @Optum did nothing, or they got it wrong... AGAIN. WHY CAN'T YOU FIND MY ACCOUNT? I can't contribute, use or earn on my HSA. At this point you should owe me money for lost returns.

[straightcut.eth @Cut2Straight]

@Optum_Support I have an HSA with you. Yet no one can actually locate it. Thousands of dollars you appear to have lost. I get the tax docs so I know you have it. How do I get some action?

@RepBrianMast Take some responsibility… a wildly dysfunctional congress is a big part of this problem. Stop blaming and start working with your colleagues.

@AmericanAir your Eagle terminal at LAX is having a bus related meltdown. Not cool.
