Today (140lbs), 1 year ago (145lbs), and 2 years ago (150lbs) 🦾 That first year I mainly was just trying to put on weight and I put on a little more body fat than I was comfortable with 🤣 So I worked hard to lean out a bit without sacrificing muscle gains. Last year my upper body was definitely bigger than I wanted it so I’ve worked this year to balance it out by growing my lower body and lightening up my upper body workouts. Still got a ways to go 😭 But it’s fun to see progress like this!
