Exercise logs begin today!! 7/8th graders... log into your canvas and make a copy of the exercise log! Expectation is two hours of exercise outside the school house for the next four weeks. Logs are due Oct 2nd.

We need to keep reminding the public, school boards, admins about the value a quality PE program brings to a school setting.
Quality PE is the only subject to aid students in all areas of Social, Emotional, Physical and Mental domains.
