Recd a missed call, can you imagine? B4 I could pick up, call disconnected. No voice mail also. Just repeating the same thing. Flight was < 3 hrs late so no compensation. No escalation matrix provided. Whose fault missed connection and extra cost? @PMOIndia@JM_Scindia
