La pénurie d’électricité ralentit la fabrication des bancs scolaires à Ruyigi, Gisuru et Butaganzwa.

A quelques semaines de la rentrée scolaire 2026-2027, la fabrication des bancs pupitres destinés aux écoles des communes de #Ruyigi , #Butaganzwa et #Gisuru de la @BuhumuzaProvinc accuse du retard. Une délégation du bureau du Premier ministre s’est rendue ce 18 août 2026 dans ces communes pour évaluer l’état d’avancement du programme. La pénurie d’électricité et les difficultés liées à l’attribution des marchés figurent parmi les principaux obstacles signalés par les autorités locales.

Des bancs déjà fabriqués, mais un programme encore loin d’être achevé

L’objectif du programme est de permettre à tous les élèves d’étudier dans des conditions appropriées durant l’année scolaire 2026-2027. Dans plusieurs sites visités, certains bancs ont déjà été fabriqués et acheminés vers les établissements scolaires, tandis que d’autres sont toujours en cours de production.

Cette situation intervient alors que le Premier ministre, Nestor Ntahontuye, avait demandé que l’ensemble des bancs soient livrés aux écoles au plus tard le 15 août 2026.

La visite effectuée ce 18 août par la délégation du bureau du Premier ministre est de constater les progrès réalisés et d’identifier les difficultés qui ralentissent la mise en œuvre du programme.

À Ruyigi, moins d’un quart des bancs prévus sont déjà fabriqués

Dans la commune de #Ruyigi , sur les 3 017 bancs attendus, 736 ont déjà été fabriqués, selon Diane Niyibitanga, administrateur de la commune.
Elle explique que la principale difficulté reste l’accès à l’électricité. Celle-ci est souvent disponible uniquement pendant la nuit, ce qui limite le temps consacré à la fabrication des bancs.

Pour accélérer les travaux, les autorités communales ont demandé aux fabricants de travailler pendant les heures nocturnes, lorsque le courant est disponible.

À cette difficulté s’ajoutent les problèmes liés à l’attribution des marchés. Selon l’administrateur, certains prestataires proposent des prix jugés trop élevés, ce qui a compliqué davantage le processus.

Butaganzwa et Gisuru confrontées aux mêmes difficultés

Dans la commune de #Butaganzwa , 799 bancs ont déjà été fabriqués sur les 2 105 prévus, a indiqué Alvère Ahishakiye, secrétaire exécutif communal.

Là encore, la disponibilité limitée de l’électricité constitue un frein important à la production. Les travaux doivent souvent être réalisés durant la nuit, lorsque le courant est disponible.

A #Gisuru , la situation est également préoccupante. Sur les 5 813 bancs prévus, 550 seulement ont déjà été fabriqués, selon Eléone Niyibona, secrétaire exécutif de la commune.

Elle cite, comme dans les autres communes, la pénurie d’électricité ainsi que les difficultés initialement rencontrées dans l’attribution des marchés.

🕯 Am 30. Juli 2026 fand im Vorfeld des Gedenktages für die im Ersten Weltkrieg gefallenen russischen Soldaten auf dem Russisch-Orthodoxen Friedhof im Berliner Bezirk Tegel eine feierliche Kranz- und Blumenniederlegung statt

▫️ An der feierlichen Gedenkzeremonie nahmen der Botschafter Russlands in Deutschland Sergej Netschajew, der Verteidigungsattaché Oberst Alexei Andrejew, Mitarbeiter der russischen diplomatischen Vertretung, darunter auch des Büros für Kriegsgräberfürsorge und Gedenkarbeit teil.

▫️ Auf dem Friedhof an der Kirche der Heiligen und Apostelgleichen Konstantin und Helena befinden sich Einzelgräber dreier russischer Kriegsgefangener aus dem Ersten Weltkrieg: Timofei Sarjuta, Pawel Schurawljow und Alexander Samoilow. Darüber hinaus sind hier bedeutende russische Persönlichkeiten sowie Rotarmisten, Arbeitende und Kinder bestattet, die während des Zweiten Weltkrieges ums Leben kamen.

▫️ Nach einem Gottesdienst zum Gedenken an die gefallenen Soldaten, der vom Vorsteher der Kirche Vater Sergij abgehalten wurde, wurden an den Gräbern der Kriegsgefangenen Kränze und Blumen niedergelegt. Außerdem legten die Anwesenden Blumen an den Gräbern der Rotarmisten nieder.

▫️ Derzeit gibt es in Deutschland rund 640 Kriegsgräberstätten aus der Zeit des Ersten Weltkriegs.
