They don’t want to hire a perm and have pension responsibilities and not be able to sack them. So they hire contractors at shite rates as “employees” with no benefits who pay like 60% tax lol

Also pay the employers NI, employers pension contributions, apprenticeship levy, as well as all regular PAYE deductions out of your gross.

under contract with NHS my weekly pay was around 1300-1400, and I was regularly deducted more than £700 in taxes.
