@BrooksDai@sid_lambert I was known to do similar 😂 with the ready made excuse of me having been sleepwalking to find myself downstairs, watching the boxing, athletics or other live sporting outputs.
Carolyn Harris is an embarrassment with her unnecessary gushing and deluded tearful tribute to Starmer.
A very poor PM who was ousted by his own party.
Britain had gone backwards under his tenure and we can only hope @andyburnham takes the country forward.

Ball of the Century
#OnThisDay in 1993, Shane Warne bowled his first ball in England and that turned out to be the Ball of the Century.
It drifted lazily onto leg stump, then spat back a yard or two and clipped the top of off.
The famous picture of Ian Healy aahing and Gatting oohing tells the story perfectly.
🧑🌾Kaleb: who is he?
Clarckson: He's a F1 driver...
🧑🌾Kaleb: So he should piss this
Clarckson: ...he can go through Eau Rouge flat out, which is incredibly difficult and a brave thing to do
(Struggling to reverse a tractor...)
But he is from the city...
😂😂
As today marks 38 years since England’s Euro ‘88 song “All The Way” reached the dizzy heights of number 64 in the UK Charts, a reminder of the squad’s performance of the track on Wogan.
We must never, ever, forget this.
Truly sensational stuff.
I walked in…
Ordered one thing.
BLACK COFFEE.
No table.
No server.
No refills.
No experience.
Just a pour into a cup.
I stand there waiting… they hand me the receipt to sign…
…and I almost thought it was a joke.
“Suggested gratuity” STARTS at 50%.
FIFTY.
Percent.
For pouring coffee.
And on top of that… a “card convenience fee” on a $4 drink.
Let’s be honest about what’s happening…
This isn’t tipping anymore.
This is pressure disguised as gratitude.
This is digital guilt built into the checkout screen.
People aren’t becoming cheap… they’re becoming exhausted.
Every screen you touch asks for more.
Every purchase feels like a negotiation.
Every simple transaction comes with emotional leverage.
And then businesses wonder why people stop going out…
Why foot traffic drops.
Why customers choose home instead of cafés.
Because when buying coffee starts feeling like a financial ambush… the experience stops being enjoyable.
Tipping culture didn’t die because people stopped caring.
It’s collapsing because it stopped making sense.

In 2005, Mourinho played a funny mind game before facing Barca in the UCL RO 16 as he said he could predict both starting line-ups.
He predicted Barca’s XI correctly & then lied on starting Gudjohnsen. Chelsea won the match and qualified for the QF. 😂
my favourite Robert Duvall moment is him talking about a Scottish footballer from the 60’s and Tom Cruise grinning inanely pretending to know what the fuck he’s on about.
The tragedy of this is that it’s totally unnecessary - I think it’s a result of hasty (to put it politely) decision making at a level below ministers, and therefore will be fixable. But if it’s not fixed quickly the impact will be severe and there will be unpredictable consequences for physics as a whole in the U.K. And that is daft (again, polite language).
Witness the top 5 best slower balls 🎯

- Which is the best one according to you?
“It's his bloody daughter-in-law, you b*llend!”
“Take it down. There's nothing to see here.”
Gary Lineker publicly fact-checked Tommy Robinson after he shared a video of Lineker out walking with his daughter-in-law. So why is the post still up?
