Following these requirements, they can apply for the Imperium, and have negotiations with HIM Foreign & Commonwealth Office. Then, a motion to the General Assembly will be brought and must pass. A referendum will then be held on joining, and finally a transition period will occur

Recently, the Cycoldian Imperium Membership Act was passed by the General Assembly, giving the following requirements:
• An able and capable government, able to change and without major extremism
• Democratic values
• Popular support to join the Imperium
