By my reckoning and according to the tracking app @JoshGriffRun has just dipped inside the World Champs standard of 2.11.30, finishing in 2.11.27. Yet another big performance from a great weekend of athletics!
OMG!! Welsh boys smash up Seville!! Massive pb for @joshgriffrun 2:11:27 and a cheeky pb for me in 2:14:22 (ish). Commonwealth Games qualifying standard ✅ European Championship standard ✅ so happy! @ Seville, Spain https://t.co/AzfSWMKxLq
More great news for @jennynesbitt who improves her Welsh rec for 5000m with 15:19.22-- third best by a Brit indoors- and also, way inside the Welsh commonwealth games standard of 15:30. #SecondStandardInAWeek
Update: We have hit a few roadblocks in trying to get permissions for Reverse 10 to go ahead, we will wait until Friday when the First Minister gives his update to see if there are any significant changes and will update you all further at this point.
Thanks all for your patience
