I see your profile picture. That’s Johnny Cash. My hero too. Arrested seven times. Smuggled 668 amphetamines across the Mexican border in 1965. Took every drug there was and drank like I did. Cheated on his first wife. Slept with more woman than I ever did. Hit bottom in a cave in Tennessee in 1968 trying to crawl off and die. And then he got up. He got clean. He spent the rest of his life singing for prisoners and addicts and the people the country threw away because he knew he was one of them.
That was the whole point of the Man in Black. He wore it for the poor and the beaten down. He wore it for the prisoner who has long paid for his crime. He wore it for the ones who never heard a word of Jesus. He wore it for the addicted and the dying. He wore it as a standing witness that no one is past saving.
You picked his picture. You did not pick his message. Try listening to the words.
@leoniehaimson It was NOT a “limited” number. At 9:30am (an hour after testing started), 30 students out of the 90 in our testing room (gym) were still locked out. About 20 others were locked out for at least 30-40min. And that’s just that room. We have 1400 students. MANY were locked out.
If today wasn’t a sign that we need to go back to pen and paper, then I don’t know what to tell these people. Stop paying for companies to make shit that doesn’t work. Shameful. #nysdoe#nysmathexam
@Life360 why can’t I change notification sounds on iPhone? It’s so much more convenient if it’s personalized. This is driving me insane having to pull my phone out to see where everyone is leaving and arriving.
Something fishy going on with Instagram’s repost button. It will show check mark on new videos as I scroll. When I click to full screen, the checkmark disappears. This only happens to videos on certain topics/creators.
Sending a shout out to all the folks driving without their Waze or Google Maps. May the gods of direction shine upon you in this time of crisis.

@TurningPointOU As an 8th grade English teacher, this would receive a failing grade. Using opinion after opinion to support opinion after opinion is the first thing we teach students - even elementary school. Not one cited source. Not one independent, critical thought. Just beliefs.
