@ATT I had a LOT of trouble with TMobile getting my final bill & it's now past the "qualification" date to get my switch reward. Really?! You require the bill but it took them over 2 months to send it to me because of paperless billing. Is that how you get out of paying this?

@hdcares Received a message that my order shipped, so I checked FedEx tracking on the day it was supposed to be delivered and nothing. FedEx says they don't have the package yet. Checked my HD order and it says the delay is on FedEx. Can you tell me where my order is?

@amazon I order same day delivery on items I need but order has to be at least $25. If less than that, I always add something, only to have my order delayed and arrive on the day it would have originally. Genius marketing ploy, really. 😕 I wish I could stop falling for that.

@walgreens You have had my Rx for 3 weeks, it still hasn't been filled, and when I called to check on it, the staff was extremely rude and hung up on me. I am transferring all my Rx. I'm also asking my HR to switch preferred pharmacies.

@amazon Without realizing it, many of my S&S items have gone from saving 15% to saving 5%. Hardly worth the trouble! I canceled quite a few orders. Are you planning to get rid of the program completely? Seems pretty sneaky to stop offering the big discounts.

@TMobileHelp No, even if you did fix it, I have no guarantee you won't do it again. Every Friday, my calls immediately start going to voice mail, and come Monday morning, they're fine. Great way to treat your customers! We're switching to AT&T.

@tmobile @AppleSupport NOTHING has changed on my iPhone but 2 days ago, all calls started going to voice mail. I am missing some very important calls and it's very upsetting. I have checked EVERY setting. Apple blames the carrier; the carrier says it's Apple. Time to switch.
