@cmikesspinmove Not to mention half the people here would’ve considered paying Ken bad process. We can’t do x because we didn’t do it before seems like bad process too.
The Seahawks were in the RB market before the 3-3 start.
JS was concerned about their depth in Hard Knocks before the Price fumbling and injury circumstance.
They may be at a point where they’re done trying to find a scrap heap hedge and take the tier up approach.
If Darnold/Fluery UC and PA success correlates to a better run game, the Charb and Price stack may not happen until week 10-12?
At 3-3 with SF running away, not sure you can wait to find out.
It’s pretty clear that Price and Charb won’t be a 1:1 with pre-ACL Charb and Walker.
@_danchu The opportunity to swing for one of those QBs isn’t there. The Taylor thing has smoke in my opinion. The relationship with Dodds if they’re in sell mode helps. Price represents a large chunk of value without giving up future capital and asking them to eat some of JTs salary.
The Seahawks stand out as a potential trade fit for Jonathan Taylor, but they would need to relinquish Jadarian Price in the deal.
Seattle regrets letting Kenneth Walker leave in free agency, and Taylor instantly solves that.
Price and a pick would be fair value for the Colts.
I hopped on FaceTime with @Broncos brilliant D Coordinator, Vance Joseph, immediately following his win vs the Seahawks.
I asked him how they tricked Sam Darnold into throwing the game sealing interception, you gotta hear his answer 🤯

You don't bench/roster retributively. You occasionally make big decisions to send a message if you can risk a lesser player playing. Mostly make these decisions if you think it improves your chances of winning moving forward. Can address failures w/o making big playtime decisions
@cmikesspinmove They’re not going to bench Darnold unless he has an injury setback. We may not see the vision until the run game takes final form with Price and Charb. Tonight wasn’t a get right spot but KC on long rest at home in primetime could be.
Regardless of QB, Seattle is going to be substantially overhauling this wide receiver group next year.
Kupp can't separate consistently anymore. Shaheed contract looks like a disaster. Horton hasn't done enough to justify high target share yet.
I way overestimated this group.
@carso0onnn Willing to accept the nuance in all that but once the operations clean up and we protect possessions/extend drives I’d like to see some variance here. JSN with this target share is unsustainable.
It’s not just the lack of juice at RB or Shaheed involvement. This OC was a TE guy and made some sense with the league trend to heavy personnel. So far, he hasn’t showcased anything from Barner or Arroyo who they spent a 2nd rounder on.
@12_hawk_block KC is a get right spot. At home with long rest in prime time coming off the most embarrassing loss under Mike. I said in another tweet I’m reserving my opinion on him until we see clean drives.
@NFLonBread I guess Barner had nine targets in the Washington game but he feels like a ghost in this offense and there are times where I’ve completely space that Arroyo is on the team. Like tonight when they showed him walking back to locker room, it jogged my memory and I got more mad.
