Point is, there is a LOT of assuming it is sex.

Twitch had access to his DM's, they banned him which means they reviewed the case, and had a legal obligation to turn over to law enforcement if he did break the law. That didn't happen.

How that relates to this incident directly, in terms of the accusation of sexting a minor, is beyond me. And that is between he and his wife.
