you NEED one blanket rule. do you really think that age, mental maturity and physical maturity should be subjective to the eye of the beholder? this would just lead to even worse child marriage cases from weirdos who think a child is mature because of some random trait she/he might have. and these blanket rules dont just come from nothing, through science and more development in research we've found that 18 is the right age because thats when your cognitive ability is much more developed, bones are fully grown ect. and theres no evidence to suggest that childiren matured any quicker back in the day, in fact evidence suggests otherwise as we have improved our diets

the government wants over 300,000 new homes a year in england, but england only delivered 208,600

non UK nationals paid about £53.2 billion in Income Tax and National Insurance in 2019/20 and that is only non uk nationals, that doesnt include all immigrants (couldnt find a statistic for that)

right now there are too little amount of homes because we aint building/investing in enough of them and people/greedy pigs are buying second homes and hogging them. if we invested more into building more homes then there would be less competition for the homes and prices would not be extremely expensive. right now we have too little homes so when people are trying to buy a house they just get outbidded by the highest bidder. you can blame immigrants all you want but at the end of the day they are paying a big chunk of our total budget in taxes which would help go towards funding more houses which currently the government isnt doing enough of.
