Guess who graduated from the University of Oxford this Saturday 8th on International Women's day!? I DIIIIID!!!
My experience at @UniofOxford was made better and memorable thanks to my strong support systems in Oxford. First and foremost, Mastercard foundation Scholarship by @Africa_Oxford, for making it possible for me to join the university through full financial support. My department, mostly through our amazing course director @Avidesh, and most importantly, my forever loving Oriel family @OrielOxford . I'm eternally grateful for the love, kindness and support that was effortlessly accorded to me.
Of course just like any other journey, this was one with its own challenges, and I am proud that I pushed through to completion.
I dedicate this degree to all young women, and persons with disabilities who strive so hard to feel equals in a society that has put barriers for them as they try to benefit from their rights. Rights in education, in climate justice, in employment and to some extent in democracy and much more. We need more of our collective efforts in breaking barriers for us and those coming after us. It's never easy, but we can always give our best and say "we at least tried", than to disqualify ourselves.

Cheers to what life brings ahead, and as always, to God I give the Glory.
