@nashthomas I drive through the Mt Vic tunnel everyday. I really can’t say it has major gridlock - it’s always moving and I’m always a happy driver through it. On the downside it’s 100 years old, in an earthquake prone city, and has incredibly narrow lanes so probably due for an upgrade.
