Binance TR hiçbir açıklama yapmadan hesabımı kapattı ❌

2020 yılında ilk kurulduğu günden beri kullanıcısı olduğum ve yaklaşık 4 sene partnerlik yaptığım Binance TR den 2 hafta önce bir doğrulama mailimi aldım, mail içeriği saçma geldiğinden canlı desteğe bağlandım ve bana dolandırıcılık olabildiği söylendi sonrasında ben orijinal mail hesabı olduğunu gösterince kontrol edeceğim diyip açıklama yapmadan hesabımda inceleme başladığını ve para çekimi yapamayacağımı söylediler. Yaklaşık 10 gün beklettikten sonra hesabımın kapanacağı ve coinlerimi satıp TL olarak çekmemi söylediler.

Bunun üzerine coinlerimi borsaya transfer yapmak istediğimi söyledim ve 1 gün bekletip bunu kabul ettiler sonrasında çekimlere başladım ve limitler olduğu için birkaç güne bölmem gerektiği söylendi ama söyleyen kişi limitleri o kadar bilmiyor ki coin çekim limiti günlük 90K$ olduğu halde bana 3K$ çekebileceğimi söyledi ve üst perdeden konuşarak bu şekilde olacak başka yolu yok şeklinde konuştu çünkü işini bilmiyordu ve ona işini öğretmek zorunda kaldım limitin 90K olduğunu anlattım. Bu tarz çalıştığı sektörden uzak kişilerin yetkili olarak bulunması bence komik bir durum.

Sonuç olarak yaklaşık 3 haftalık sıkıntılı bir süreç ve iş bilmez canlı desteğe rağmen paramı kurtarmayı başardım. Asıl konu sürekli hold için Binance TR kullandığımı söylememe ve daha 1 ay öncesine kadar partneri olmama rağmen yaşadığım bu rezilliği ve destek ekibinin hiçbir şey bilmeyip açıklama bile yapılmadan hesabımın kapatılacağının söylenmesi. Özellikle son 1 yıldır yeni işlem yapmayıp sadece stake özelliği ile coinlerimi tuttuğum platformun keyfi şekilde hesabımı kapatması çok güven sarsıcı.

Bundan sonra binance tr kullanacaklara birkaç kez daha düşünmesini öneriyorum zira canlı destek hiçbir şey bilmiyor ve emin olun muhatap bulmanız hiç kolay olmayacak.
