We don’t talk abt #EatingDisorders enough. I have recently relapsed into my non-purging type bulimia. I have autoimmune issues, as well, & have discovered I take it a step further & have decided I am unworthy of my medications & supplements (except to sleep). EMDR sesh next wk.

I fought the Law (of gravity) & the Law won. I slipped and fell in my shower yesterday morning & ended up spraining my left ankle (bruising has faded!!) & injuring my right knee (looks like it’s trying to grow a new patella to protect the original one). Imaging on Tuesday.

I just found out that my dissertation was sited in the International Journal of Role Play. My name is completely wrong, but it is definitely my dissertation cited. The article was published 6/17/24; Dad's b-day would have been 6/19... I miss him. #happybirthdaydad

@KatherineSliter It may depend on your language choice and how you learn. I’m learning Russian (new alphabet) & Super Duolingo is 💯 worth it for me. It means I can also learn Spanish and not have to stress about hearts.

Puppy Fam. I need some solid, proven, scientific techniques to get a 16-20 week old puppy to STOP *aggressively* biting. Like, going for face/throat aggressive biting. Redirect does not work. #puppytraining
