@virginmedia Why is it my broadband contract has to be renewed/extended when I want to add a Flex which is 30 day rolling bundle?
I add Flex, cancel it after two months but then have to stay with you longer, you seem to stop at nothing to piss off your existing customers. No 🙏🏼
