@Steph3nSims Couldn't agree more. The definition of "foundational" and entry level are dramatically changing. Most curriculum and degree programs can't change that fast.

Maybe in the near term, microcerts and training will fill the academic gaps.

I agree with most of what he said and hold on other parts. But entry level positions have been declining for years and it is increasing.
