I spent some time this week at the SKB Rosemount disposal facility. This landfill site is where all of the ash from the HERC goes to be sorted and buried. As a policymaker rethinking the solid waste ecosystem, we need to see every step of it.

@NancyReynolds89 @GovTimWalz @MayorFrey Thanks for taking the time to talk a few weeks ago! I voted against the 50% raise (for obvious reasons!) I then helped make sure that the new proposal was in line with what employees have gotten for the last 6 years.

At today’s board meeting, the proposal to increase Commissioner salary by 49% was withdrawn from the agenda. I’m thankful that this proposal was removed for further consideration. In order to be transparent, I want everyone to know where I stand on this issue. 1/2
