I am incredibly frustrated with @Avis. They have locked up $2,000 of my credit, which they said would be released within 48 hours, and it is now over 2 weeks. Customer service is inept and has lied to me. Awful experience.

Wow. I posted a complaint about @Avis on here and received an immediate response. Turns out it was a cleverly disguised scam using the @Avis logo and a support name. Fortunately, I figured it out in time! Be ware! And @Avis I still think your customer service is awful.
