I’ve teamed up with foot & ankle specialist @lizbayleyphysio to create 4 strengthening programmes for Plantar Heel Pain. 3 are based on Osborne et al. (2023) and 1 is our own ‘LiTHE’ programme. There’s lots to consider with these exercises which we’ll explore in this thread 🧵
Senior lower limb biased MSK outpatient/elective orthopaedics physiotherapist split role.

Closing up my laptop for the last time before 2 weeks off post surgery and this lovely message popped up! Not always easy having students alongside other work pressures but small bits of appreciation like this and seeing others grow always make it worthwhile! 🙌🏼
After this mornings #tendinopathy presentation #ISCPConf23 some were asking for a copy of my assessment form which I've been using. Please feel free to use/share and would love to hear if its useful. SCREENDEM and think of the ABCs to build
Great weekend hosting @tomgoom and his 2 day #runningrepairs course within @FrimleyHealth @ Wexham Park Hospital. Massive thank you to Tom for delivering a great course to 18 MSK physio’s across the trust. Everyone agreed they had learnt a lot but also really enjoyed! 🏃🏼♂️🏥
This is awesome!
I really wish I had access to this when I was at uni. Please share far and wide! Retweet and tag everyone😀
@thomas_jesson gives such great understanding of these terms that are often really quite scary to students and new grads! https://t.co/eBW0RiLayz

Great work from the elective orthopaedic physio team for producing these new THR & TKR patient information videos/resources. Aiding better patient experience whilst reducing length of hospital stay to 1-2 days 🏥

Back in October I got an email from @Milly_Physio, a Neuro-Physiotherapists working at @GSTTnhs explaining to me the benefits of high intensity exercise for people living with Parkinson’s disease.
In the message she said...
