While I grew up it was teacher that fit your respective profile on teaching that caused my school to keep having skew scores because no one could grasp the work then when we got new teachers or subs we would get high remarks and actually learn.

@TheOnlyEsta Yes but I think there are people of all races that don't actually understand the how to apply the meaning to real life. I've seen both sides sadly choose the wrong idea to try and justify their reasoning to be cruel. It's something that does need to be discussed.
