Diamer Basha Dam Project: MoU Signed for Rs. 972.571 Million CBM Schemes. WAPDA, DBDP & District Admin Diamer signed an MoU for livelihood schemes worth Rs. 972.571 million in the project area under Confidence Building Measures (CBMs), aimed at supporting local communities.

چیف سیکرٹری گلگت بلتستان ارشد مجید نے ضلع دیامر میں دیامر بھاشا ڈیم منصوبے کا دورہ کیا اور جاری پیش رفت کا جائزہ لیا۔ انہوں نے زیرِ التوا مسائل کے جلد حل، اداروں کے درمیان مؤثر رابطے اور منصوبے کی بروقت تکمیل کے لیے حکومت کے مکمل تعاون کا اعادہ کیا۔

دیامر بھاشا ڈیم پراجیکٹ:
مین ڈیم فاؤنڈیشن کی کھدائی مکمل کی جا چکی ہے۔ پراجیکٹ کے 20 سے زائد ورک فرنٹس پر تعمیراتی کام بیک وقت جاری ہے۔ دیامربھاشا ڈیم کی بدولت 1۔8 ملین ایکڑ فٹ پانی ذخیرہ ہوگا، 2۔1 ملین ایکڑ نئی اراضی زیر کاشت آئے گی، 4500 میگاواٹ بجلی پیدا ہوگی

Diamer Bash Dam Project:
Excavation of Main Dam’s foundation has been completed, while construction continues on more than 20 workfronts. The Project will store 8.1 MAF of water, irrigate 1.2 million acres of land and generate 4,500 MW electricity.

دیامر بھاشا ڈیم پراجیکٹ ، واپڈا نے ہربن کوہستان کے متاثرین کو زمین کے معاوضہ کی مد میں مزید 67 کروڑ 77 لاکھ روپے ادا کر دیے،،دیامر بھاشا ڈیم پراجیکٹ کے متاثرین کو زمین اور املاک کے عوض اب تک مجموعی طور پر 64 ارب 24 کروڑ روپے ادا کیے جا چکے ہیں

WAPDA paid another Rs. 677.7 million to the affectees of Harban, Upper Kohistan, as land compensation for the Diamer Basha Dam Project. Total compensation paid to the project affectees has now reached Rs. 64.24 billion.

With increased indent by IRSA, WAPDA hydel gen. surpassed 6000MW, as its Hydel Power Stations provided 6118MW to National Grid during peak hours. WAPDA's hydel power, being the most affordable clean & green energy in the National Grid, subsidises entire Energy Sector in Pakistan.

ملک کے بڑے آبی ذخائر سے صوبوں کی آبپاشی سے متعلق ضروریات کے پیش نظر ارسا کی جانب سے پانی کے اخراج میں اضافہ، واپڈا پن بجلی کی پیداوار 6 ہزار میگاواٹ سے تجاوز کر گئی۔ گزشتہ روز پیک آورز میں واپڈا کے پن بجلی گھروں نے نیشنل گرڈ کو مجموعی طور پر 6 ہزار 118 میگاواٹ بجلی مہیا کی۔
