The office of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sent a letter to the Big 12 on behalf of Texas Tech and obtained by @TheAthletic.

We've seen some extremely bizarre missed calls this series. There's been a lot of focus on the levels of physicality allowed, but to me, the bigger issue is just like... missing goaltends, allowing an obvious double dribble, not controlling a sub situation etc. Just bad misses.
