Final week of 2023, 24 miles walking topped up on exercise bike to 49 miles. YTD 2,143 miles bit down on my 2022 total of 2,411. 1,036 miles of walks for 2023. 4,679,011 steps for the year. #NHS1000miles Looking forward to doing it all again in 2024
